on this website (hereinafter “offer”).

In the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG) you will find the legal basis of data protection.

Access data / server log files

The provider collects data about every access to the offer in the form of server log files. The data includes:

Name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access or error messages, browser type and version, the user's operating system, language, country, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security, maintenance, repair and optimization of the offer. The provider reserves the right to retrospectively check the log data if there is a legitimate suspicion of illegal use based on concrete evidence.

Handling of personal data

Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person. This includes the surname, first name, email address or telephone number. But also information about preferences, eye color, memberships or which websites were viewed by someone count as personal data.

Personal data will only be collected, used and passed on by the provider if the users consent to the data collection or if this is permitted by law.

contact

When contacting the provider, the user's details are stored for processing the request and for follow-up questions.

Ratings, reviews and posts

If users leave ratings, reviews or other contributions, their IP addresses are saved. This is done for the security of the provider if someone writes illegal content in ratings, reviews or contributions (insults, politically forbidden propaganda, sexist content, calls to criminal offenses). In this case, the provider himself can be prosecuted for the contribution and is therefore very interested in the identity of the author.

Comment subscriptions

The follow-up comments can be subscribed to by users. Users will receive a confirmation email to verify that they own the email address they entered. Users can unsubscribe from ongoing comment subscriptions at any time. Information can be found in the email.

Notes on the newsletter and consents

With the following information we will inform you about the contents of our newsletter and the registration, dispatch and statistical evaluation procedures and your rights of objection. By subscribing to the newsletter, you declare that you agree to the receipt and the procedures described.

Content of the newsletter

We send newsletters, e-mails or other electronic notifications with information about our offers (hereinafter referred to as "newsletter") only with the consent of the recipient or legal permission. If the contents of the newsletter are specifically described when registering for the newsletter, they are decisive for the consent of the user. In addition, our newsletters contain information about our offers, trade fair visits and the online shop.

Double opt-in and logging

The registration for our newsletter takes place in a double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration you will receive an email in which you will be asked to confirm your newsletter registration. This confirmation is necessary so that nobody can register with someone else's e-mail address.

The newsletter registrations are logged in order to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with the legal requirements. This includes the storage of the email address, the language, the country, the time of registration and confirmation, as well as the IP address.

Credentials

To register for the newsletter, it is sufficient to provide your email address and confirm it in the confirmation email.

Termination / Revocation

You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time. You will find a link to unsubscribe from the newsletter at the end of the newsletter.

Integration of services and content from third parties

It may happen that third party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, Open Street Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated into this online offer. This assumes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) can register the IP address of the user. Because without the IP address, you would not be able to transmit the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the display of this media. We strive to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the media. However, we have no great influence on the third-party providers storing the IP address for statistical purposes, for example. As far as we know, let's explain this to the users.

Cookies

Cookies are files that enable us to store specific, device-related information on the user's access device (PC, smartphone, etc.). On the one hand, they serve the user-friendliness of websites and thus the users (e.g. the storage of login data). On the other hand, they are helpful to record the statistical data of the website usage and to be able to analyze them for the purpose of troubleshooting and improving the offer. Users can influence the use of cookies. Most internet browsers have an option with which the storage of cookies can be restricted or avoided entirely. However, we would like to point out that the use and especially the convenience of use is reduced or not possible without cookies.

You can save many online advertising cookies from companies via the US website  http://www.aboutads.info/choices/  or the EU website  http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices /  manage.

Revocation, changes, corrections or updates

The user has the right to request information free of charge about the personal data that has been stored about him. In addition, the user has the right to correct incorrect data, block or delete his personal data, as long as there is no statutory retention requirement.
