Shipping and packaging costs

The shipping and packaging costs are calculated based on the weight of the ordered goods and only apply within Germany. Due to the weight of the tiles, a maximum of 4 square metres will fit into one package. If, for example, 5 to 8 square metres are ordered, there are two packages and for 9 - 12 there are three packages and so on.

From 250,00 Euro the delivery is free of charge.

Prices for one parcel:

up to 0.5 kg = 1.60 €
up to    1 kg = 1,80 €
up to    3 kg = 3,95 €
up to    5 kg = 4,75 €
up to  10 kg = 6,95 €
up to  17 kg = 7,95 €
up to  21 kg = 9,95 €

Additional costs may apply for the German islands. We usually process your orders within 7 days - plus the dispatch time of 3 - 4 working days within Germany. Outside of Germany, another one to two weeks will be added.
