Fliesana Inspection Service – Nationwide Flat Rate of €199
Secure professional support for the inspection and maintenance of your Fliesana tiles – at a transparent flat rate and available nationwide.
When is the right time?
An inspection is recommended no earlier than 6 months after installation. By then, it becomes clear whether moisture has entered or if visual gaps have formed due to shrinkage.
What does the service include?
-
On-site inspection by trained professionals
-
Examination of all relevant tile areas for moisture, shrinkage, or detachment
-
Root cause analysis of leaks (e.g. missing silicone sealing at pipe penetrations, drill holes, floor drains, or accessories)
-
Replacement of affected tiles with new ones – if necessary
-
Sealing of shrinkage gaps with color-matched Fliesana silicone
Your benefits:
-
Early detection and resolution of potential issues
-
No guesswork – clear diagnosis and direct solution
-
Preservation of the tightness and appearance of your Fliesana surface
-
Transparent flat rate: €199 incl. travel, materials, and labor
-
Available nationwide – with no hidden costs
Note: Most defects – if any – occur within the first 6 months. After that, the surface remains permanently sealed. If a repair is needed, it typically takes no longer than 6 hours and involves manageable effort.
Our inspection service is available at any time – even if your Fliesana tiles were installed over 10 years ago. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable inspection appointment.
