Warranty extension to 10 years
You put time and care into your new bathroom. The statutory warranty ends after 2 years – with the warranty extension you are on the safe side for 10 years. For €4.99 per pack, i.e. about 62 cents per year and pack.

One per pack: Choose exactly as many warranty extensions as packs of self-adhesive tiles or planks you order.
Example: 10× Mons Klint + 5× Hawaii = 15× warranty extension.
The all-round carefree package: 10 years of warranty – hardly any conventional tile renovation lasts that long without rework.
How it works
- Order it with your tiles: add one warranty extension per pack of tiles/planks to your cart.
- Install correctly: yourself according to our installation instructions and the installation video version 3 – or conveniently by our installation service.
- Book inspections: first inspection after 6 months, then every 2 years – simply via our inspection service in the shop. We mainly check the silicone joints and carry out any care work.
- Stamp on the sheet: every inspection is confirmed with a stamp and date on your inspection sheet.

Warranty terms
Guarantor: Fliesana e.K. (address see imprint).
Scope: The warranty applies to Fliesana self-adhesive tiles and planks for which the warranty extension was booked in the same order in the same quantity (one unit per pack). It covers material and manufacturing defects, in particular detachment of the tiles/planks and leaks in the foil seal.
Duration: 10 years from the delivery date.
Requirements: (1) Professional installation by the buyer according to the current installation instructions and the installation video version 3, or installation by the Fliesana installation service. (2) First inspection 6 months after installation, then every 2 years, each booked via the Fliesana inspection service and confirmed with stamp and date on the inspection sheet. The inspection sheet is enclosed with every delivery that includes a warranty extension and is available here as a PDF.
Not covered: damage caused by installation deviating from the instructions and video (e.g. on unsuitable or non-degreased surfaces, above or behind hobs, in permanent direct sunlight), mechanical damage, improper cleaning and normal wear and tear.
Service: At Fliesana's discretion, repair or free replacement of the affected tiles/planks.

Your statutory rights (warranty for defects) remain unaffected and are not restricted by this guarantee.
