About us and our company philosophy

Fliesana was founded in 2008 by Sascha Tordai, the inventor of self-adhesive tiles and planks with foil sealing, and is manufactured by him today under the following company name:

Production of the patented self-adhesive vinyl tiles and planks takes place in Schönberg on the Baltic Sea. All small and large orders are made to order and are usually dispatched within 6 to 10 days. To avoid buying the wrong product, we recommend ordering sample tiles or planks first.

Our quality matters to us just as much as your satisfaction. To guarantee consistently high product quality, the materials required for production are sourced exclusively from reputable suppliers. Regular quality tests on our raw materials and finished products, as well as checks of our measuring instruments, are routine for us.

In October 2015 MDR television, which reports on remarkable inventions in its programme "Einfach genial", became aware of the self-adhesive tiles and examined them closely at the fliesana premises in Lauenburg.

To show how the installation works in practice, the TV team accompanied a customer renovating his bathroom. His renovation was broadcast in a very illustrative television report in November 2015.

In summer 2016 the well-known DIY magazine "Selbst ist der Mann" tested the tiles, rated them "very good" in issue 06.2016 and named them "Product of the Year 2016".

Technology and security
