Maintenance Kit Under 2 Years – Free for Existing Customers

Even high-quality vinyl tiles like Fliesana can, in rare cases, shrink slightly beyond the expected tolerance—just like any vinyl product on the market. This can be caused by strong daily temperature fluctuations (e.g. in attic apartments) or insufficient acclimatization before installation. For such cases, we offer a free maintenance kit to our existing customers.

What's included:

• Silicone in the same color as your Fliesana tiles installed within the last two years

• Rubber joint smoother for clean application

Requirements for ordering:

• You purchased Fliesana tiles within the past 24 months

• You provide a photo showing a measuring tape or ruler directly next to the joint

• The photo must show shrinkage beyond the technical tolerance of 0.25 mm per meter per year

  • Example: A 60 cm tile may show a gap of up to 0.15 mm after one year, or 0.3 mm after two years

  • If a gap of more than 0.075 mm is visible after six months, the kit is justified

Note: The continuous foil seal behind the tile remains intact. This is purely a visual issue that can be easily corrected with the maintenance kit.

Application:

1. Use a silicone gun to apply the silicone into the gap

2. Smooth off excess with the rubber joint smoother

3. Let dry for 24 hours
